Casar de Cáceres will hold its second European Cheese Fair, with the participation of cheese factories in the territories of the European Cheese Route Association. The Fair is part of the XXIII Week of the Torta del Casar, in which different activities are carried out in relation to cheese, such as the Summer Course "Science, Cheese and Tourism" in collaboration with the University of Extremadura.

The Plaza Sancho IV of Casar de Cáceres will be a unique show with cheese as the protagonist. In addition, the restaurants of the municipality will participate in the Ruta de la Tapa with Torta del Casar and the cheese factories of the different European territories will make commented tastings of their cheeses.
