Ripoll fills again the Plaza de la Lira with European cheeses next 29th and 30th of September and 1st of October. Cheesemakers from different territories of the European Cheese Route Association will participate in the exhibition, tasting and selling of their cheeses as well as authentic treasures that will surprise the palate of visitors who come to the Catalan Pyrenees.

During the whole weekend, restaurants of the village will also participate in the elaboration of menus in which the main actors will be the local products, with cheese as a gastronomic star. Visitors can taste the exclusive recipes specially prepared for the 3rd European Ripoll Cheese Fair.
